JusTrack Privacy Policy

Justek · Effective October 3, 2026

JusTrack is a field app for managed service work on iPhone, iPad, Mac and Apple Watch. This policy explains what information JusTrack handles and where it goes. The short version: Justek does not collect, see, or store any of your data.

What JusTrack stores

JusTrack comes with a built-in sample dataset of fictional companies, people and equipment. On top of that it keeps only what you do in the app:

This data is saved on your device. If you are signed in to iCloud, JusTrack also syncs it through iCloud key-value storage in your own iCloud account so your devices stay in step. Data in your iCloud account is accessible only to you; Justek cannot read it. Apple's handling of iCloud data is described in Apple's Privacy Policy.

What JusTrack does not do

Retention and deletion

Your data stays until you delete it. To clear everything you have added, on every device at once, use Reset: tap the account badge at the top of the Today screen on iPhone and iPad, or choose Reset session at the bottom of the sidebar on the Mac. Deleting the app removes its data from that device.

TestFlight

If you test JusTrack through Apple's TestFlight, Apple may share crash reports and feedback you choose to send with the developer, as described in Apple's TestFlight terms. These do not include what you entered in the app.

Children

JusTrack is not directed at children and does not knowingly collect information from anyone.

Changes

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted here with a new effective date.
